What's included
before
- A feasibility/viability study of your project.
- A complete discovery phase with questions (by e-mail or during the dedicated meeting), scenographic vision and event logistics (accommodation, transport, etc.).
- A consolidated project with the project book.
- A solid onboarding.
- Setting up the planning process.
During and until the wedding
- Administrative management including quotations, proofreading, verification, contracts, negotiation of contract terms as needed and recording in my "Aisle Planner" management tool.
- Legal support for the quotation/contract part of vendors.
- Management of all elements of the planning process, including the comparison of vendors in a table with the strengths and weaknesses of each.
- Management and organization of all appointments and support for tastings, technical visits and, if necessary, make-up/hair trials.
- Drawing up a complete and evolving provisional budget.
- Budget management with daily updates. Simulate budgets according to venues or caterers when there is hesitation.
- Artistic management of the event, setting up the artistic direction in duo with the photographer and videographer.
- Support and advice, psychological accompaniment.
- Logistical preparation of the event, including day-to-day arrangements, transportation, accommodation and plan Bs.
- Financial follow-up, reminders of upcoming deadlines, informing the vendor that payment has been made.

- Debriefing with clients and professionals to identify both positive and negative elements. What can be improved.
- Follow-up on final payments, if necessary.
- Only if clients agree, followed by possible blog submission.

Feasibility call
This is a 1h30-2h video appointment with the both of you, during which we will discuss all aspects of your project. Following this, I'll be able to draw up a personalized project book.
Discovery meeting
A video appointment with the both of you, during which I will present the project, approximately 1h-1h30.
Presentation of the project
The whole process can be completed within 15 days, bearing in mind the time difference if applicable, and everyone's availability.

We stayed on the property in Provence for 8 days with all our guests. We had activities scheduled throughout the week as well as a Welcome Reception, Ceremony, Lunch, Dinner, and post-Brunch. All of the meals were catered on site with beautiful decorations throughout the weekend.
