- For a wedding in Provence our Wedding Planner for 2025 fees start from €8,900 and include : -

 

• Complete study and feasibility for a three days wedding in Provence;
• Supplier searches, budget management and contract validation;
• The management of all the suppliers;
• Research and site visits;
• Recommendations regarding the accommodation of your guests;
• Tastings and advice for catering and drinks;
• Advice for the scenography and design of your day;
• Complete coordination of your day and management of the suppliers;
• Online access to our tools during all your wedding preparations;
• A general organization schedule, a d-day schedule;
• Suppliers payments management throughout your customer area; 
• Our appointments remotely or in person;
• Our availability when you come to Provence; 
• Our travel expenses in Provence included;
• Our experience as a "specialist planner";
• Our address book.

 

- For a wedding reception outside Provence our Wedding Planner fees start at €9,400, travel and accomodation expenses may be added. -

• They include the same services as in Provence.
